Kate Somerville UncompliKated SPF 50 Setting Mist claims to have matte and controlled gloss, however, I did not see a large amount, I am actually happy to report it because I don’t like the matte look. I want to shine all the way!
This is an excellent daily makeup setting spray for me because it makes the makeup look cute and lasts longer while providing me with the protection I need. It also allows you to easily add SPF.
In terms of styling spray, it is an ultra-fine mist. It is very light and does not wet or stain makeup in the slightest. If you are in a hurry, this is perfect for supplementing protection during the day. It does have a good blurring effect on skin tones, and I think my lines are a bit inconspicuous after applying it.
I have tried other versions, but don’t like the way they work. I found that most of the products spit out left white marks on my clothes, and it felt like I didn’t even get sunscreen coverage.
As an added benefit, it can be reapplied throughout the day without messing up your makeup, which is very important for keeping your skin beautiful and healthy.
